Ancient forging
Purely hand-forged, sharp knife in hand
Casting and beating
Process flow
The process has been improved several times, just to create "a good knife". Every forged knife is transformed from a piece of raw material to a finished product that can be called a "knife". It requires multiple processes and takes more than 6 hours of casting and polishing.
REPEATED FORGING
Exercise repeatedly
Forging is a purification process that removes impurities from raw materials. The process of a knife from raw materials to finished product requires repeated hammering of each knife multiple times to ensure the quality of the knife.
Through repeated overall and local high-temperature tempering, it is not only the basis of hot forging, but also constantly changes the structural properties of the raw materials, making the parts harder and the back tougher.
