How to plant seeds

Easy planting in 4 steps

Step 1: Treat the seeds

- Soak the seeds in warm water at 25 degrees for about six hours. Then wash the surface dirt and wrap it with a damp cloth.
- Finally, place it in a 25-degree environment for it to germinate. and can be fertilized after about a day.

Step 3: Sowing in the soil

- Make a shallow drill in well-prepared, fertile soil in a sunny spot and sow your spinach seeds thinly, approximately 1.5cm deep. Cover seeds with soil and water well. If sowing in rows sow 40cm apart. Cover with cloches or protection if the weather is still cool. Sow a batch every three to four weeks for a regular supply through the growing season.

Step 4: Care and Harvest

- Spinach thrives in fertile soil that doesn't easily dry out. In hot weather, set up temporary shade for your spinach crop to stop the soil drying out and the crop bolting (running to seed).
- After thinning your sowings to 15cm apart, the most important thing is to keep your spinach well watered.
- Spinach is ready to harvest 6-10 weeks after sowing.

Step 2: Soil treatment

- Spinach seeds should have a lot of humus. It is recommended to mix 2 parts garden soil, 1 part ash, and appropriate amount of leaf rot.
- The soil prepared in this way has a high moisture capacity. And it is not easy to lose water, which is conducive to growth.
